How to use

Suitable as a preventive measure already at the first symptoms of a cold. It is not easy to mix it, it is better to pour the powder into a glass of water or drink and let it act for about 10 minutes, it will dissolve by itself.

Dosage

Adults take approximately 4-8 g (1-2 teaspoons) daily with food or as directed by a physician. Children from 3 years max. 4 g (1 teaspoon) daily with food. Can be mixed into a juice/moothie.
