Mode of use
Recommended daily dose: 1 injection per day at bedtime. Shake well before use!
Attention: The preparation is not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. Use only at bedtime. A beneficial effect on falling asleep is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed. A beneficial time-shifting effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin just before going to bed on the first day of travel and for several days after arriving at the destination. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The preparation must be kept out of the reach of small children. Keep in a dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
