• Urimil Gel is part of the Urimil range, developed to help relieve the symptoms of peripheral nervous system disorders. The gel contains five active ingredients with a warming and calming effect. It can be used in a wide range of neuromuscular conditions, such as back and middle pain, limb pain and paresthesia, rheumatoid arthritis, neuromuscular trauma, pain caused by arthritic changes in the joints, muscle fever.
• After application, it begins to act immediately at the site of application, providing a pleasant warming effect. Does not leave greasy marks!

Topically administered uridine monophosphate (UMP) is absorbed through the skin, resulting in the restoration of peripheral nerve structure and function. It is a pyrimidine nucleotide that is involved in the synthesis of RNA, proteins and phospholipids important for the repair of the nerve cell membrane and the myelin sheath of axons. It also stimulates nerve cell proliferation and nerve regeneration. Pharmacological studies indicate that Uridine triggers and accelerates neuromuscular regeneration and inhibits pain conduction in the spinal cord.

Arnica (Arnica montana) is a sunflower-like plant that grows mainly in Siberia, Central Europe, Canada and South America. The main active ingredients in Arnica extract are sesquiterpene lactones, the main one being Helenalin, which has an anti-inflammatory, cooling and analgesic effect. Sesquiterpene lactones have also been found to inhibit platelet function by interacting with platelet hydrosulfide groups. It is used topically to treat arthrosis, rheumatoid arthritis, to relieve muscle pain, heal bruises and wounds.

Devil's claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) is a perennial plant that can only be found in South Africa. Its main active ingredients are iridoids (monoterpene glucosides), the main one being Harpagoside. It is mostly found in the secondary tubers of the plant's roots, from where it is extracted. It has a strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, and its local application leads to improved mobility and quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, tendinitis and relief of back pain.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an organic sulfur compound, a natural source of sulfur for the body. MSM has a high ability to pass through cell membranes and act on various cells and tissues. Applied to the skin, it smoothes and softens the skin, restores energy and stimulates circulation and metabolism, accelerating wound healing. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects5 thus playing an important role in patients with osteoarthritis. MSM is effective in muscle pain after exercise and in preventing local inflammation caused by microtrauma.

Magnesium (Mg) works by relaxing muscles and relieving pain by blocking NMDA receptors. When applied topically, it passes through the skin, the amount absorbed depends on the concentration of the preparation used and the exposure time3. It is a co-factor in over 300 enzyme reactions in the body and is important for muscle contraction and neuromuscular conduction. Therefore, magnesium is important in the treatment of diseases of the peripheral nervous system and the musculoskeletal system, significantly relieving symptoms.

Administration method:
Apply Urimil gel with light massage movements to the affected area until it is completely absorbed into the skin. Apply to clean skin and for maximum effect do not wet the area for at least 3 hours after application. The speed of action of the effect of the product may vary from one person to another. Apply twice a day.

Contraindications:
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, do not swallow, do not use on exposed wounds and mucous membranes, as well as in case of allergy to any of the product's ingredients.
