The MARATHON dietary supplement is a multi-ingredient powder preparation whose task is to support the body's endurance during long-term physical exercise .
MARATHON contains creatine, which increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise . MARATHON also contains magnesium, potassium, and calcium, which contribute to normal muscle function . Furthermore, this endurance formula also contains taurine, L-carnitine, and a B vitamin complex, including vitamins B6, B12, niacin, and riboflavin, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue .
MARATHON is recommended for athletes practicing endurance disciplines such as running or long-distance swimming.

Recommended intake:

Dissolve a single serving of the product – 25 g (4 scoops) in 500 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily, preferably before, during, or after training.
