Swanson ^® Shark Liver Oil is a dietary supplement containing valuable shark liver oil, encapsulated in gelatin softgel capsules. The formula was developed to complement the daily diet of adults.

What properties does shark liver oil have?

Each ^Swanson® brand capsule contains 550 mg of shark liver oil. This ingredient is a natural source of alkylglycerols (AAKG) and squalene, which is a metabolic precursor of sterols. Shark liver oil is considered the best and most digestible source of squalene.

The recommended daily dose of Swanson Shark Liver Oil 550 mg dietary supplement is 1 gel capsule 1-2 times a day. A 60-pack will provide up to two months of daily supplementation.
