Description
Swanson K-2 with Nattokinase is a food supplement with a high content of vitamin K. Each gel capsule contains 50 µg of a valuable active ingredient of natural origin in the form of menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2 MK-7) from enriched natto with the addition of nattokinase.

Vitamin K belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. The source of this valuable ingredient in a properly selected diet can primarily be products of vegetable origin. The richest sources of vitamin K are green vegetables that contain a large amount of chlorophyll, including broccoli, kale, spinach, Brussels sprouts, romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, arugula, corn salad, kale and asparagus. The Swanson ® K2 brand preparation uses menaquinone-7 obtained from fermented soybeans enriched with nattokinase, a digestive enzyme derived from natto extract. Vitamin K helps maintain healthy bones. In addition, vitamin K is necessary for proper blood clotting.
To obtain the beneficial effect resulting from the declared effect, it is recommended to use 2 capsules per day. A package of 30 capsules with a high content of natural vitamin K2 MK-7 Swanson® will provide a month of daily supplementation for an adult.
