Description
Sudafed XyloSpray for children is a nasal spray indicated for the short-term treatment of nasal congestion or sinuses with watery nasal discharge occurring during colds or sinusitis. The active substance in Sudafed XyloSpray for children is xylometazoline. The medicine works by constricting the blood vessels inside the nasal cavity. Reducing the swelling of the mucous membrane (nasal mucosa) cleans the nose and makes breathing easier.
Sudafed XyloSpray is suitable for children aged 2 to 12 years. One dose of the medicine is administered in each nostril up to 3 times a day for no more than 7 days. The bottle of Sudafed for children contains a dosing pump for easy application of the medicine.
