Sportness Protein 90 Shake, caramel flavor is a protein concentrate. The powder contains 85% high-quality protein and is additionally enriched with vitamins and minerals. Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, as well as the maintenance of normal bones. Therefore, Sportness Protein 90 Shake, caramel flavor is ideal for covering an additional protein requirement during sports training, as well as as a meal or snack for a sugar-free, protein-rich diet. This product is considered sugar-free and fat-free when prepared with water per serving as directed.

Instructions for use:

Preparation: Prepare 30 g of powder (= approx. 3 full spoons) with 300 ml of water or low-fat milk (1.5 % fat) in a hand shaker or blender. Please weigh for an accurate dose. Alternatively, prepare with plant-based drink preparations such as soy, oat or rice drink. Recommended consumption: - For endurance sports, 1-2 portions throughout the day (at least 1 hour before or up to 1 hour after training) - For strength sports, 2-3 portions throughout the day (ideally up to 1 hour after training).
