Properties:
- due to the complementary action mechanisms of the three ingredients: melatonin, standardized extract from the root of Valeriana officinalis and L-Theanine, the product can contribute to maintaining a natural, restful sleep;
- Melatonin can contribute to improving the quality of sleep, to maintaining the normal circadian rhythm and can also contribute to preventing neuronal degradation by being involved in antioxidant processes;
- it can contribute to the period of settling down to sleep and to the reduction of jet-lag type effects (difference in time zone);
- the standardized extract from the root of Valeriana officinalis can contribute to the occurrence of sleep in a natural way and to the improvement of its quality;
- it can contribute to maintaining a state of relaxation and managing stress and anxiety;
- L-Theanine is an adaptogenic amino acid that can be useful in periods of stress and irritability;
- this dietary supplement does not cause addiction and does not produce residual drowsiness the morning after administration;
- can be used in vegetarian diets.

Mode of administration:
For adults, it is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with a sufficient amount of water, preferably in the evening 30 minutes before going to bed.
To obtain an optimal effect, it is recommended to take it for a maximum of 4-8 weeks.
If necessary, administration can be resumed after a break of 5-7 days.

Melatonin 5 mg

Precautions:
Not recommended for use in children, pregnant and/or breastfeeding women.
It will not be administered together with other drugs that act on the central nervous system (benzodiazepines and barbiturates), as it may potentiate their effect.
It is recommended to take the supplement at a distance of 2-3 hours from antihypertensive medication or iron-based preparations.
