Description
Black tea and green tea come from the same tea plant "Camelia sinensis"
- To make green tea, however, the leaves are pan-fried or steamed, but not fermented as is the case with black tea.
- Because of this, the two types taste completely different
- When properly prepared (with hot water only at 70-80°C), these great flavors can be released particularly well
Instructions for preparation
- Pour one teaspoon per mug (approx. 200 ml) with hot water (70-80°C) and leave for 2-3 min. to infuse
- Green tea can be used repeatedly
Storage
- To keep in a dry and cool place
