Wild northern salmon is a natural source of unsaturated omega fatty acids. It contains omega-3 acids such as: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and DPA (docosapentaenoic acid), as well as omega-5, omega-6, omega-7 and omega-9 acids.
