The natural proportions of these essential ingredients in flax oil have been appreciated for centuries. Solgar produces linseed oil in a production process without air or light. This technology ensures and guarantees the full stability and freshness of the oil (tests in an independent laboratory confirm the high quality). Since Solgar linseed oil is not mixed with any additives, its natural composition has been preserved (the reciprocal proportions of unsaturated fatty acids and their high content). The important information is that just one capsule provides the adequate daily portion of essential unsaturated fatty acids (Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9) in easily digestible proportions.
