Properties:
It soothes abdominal fullness, bloating, belching and discomfort associated with excessive accumulation of gas and air in the gastrointestinal tract.

SimetiMAX is a medical device indicated for use to relieve abdominal fullness, bloating, belching, discomfort associated with excessive accumulation of gas and air in the gastrointestinal tract, which causes tension and compression in the intestines.
SimetiMAX decreases the surface tension of the gas bubbles in the intestines, making them easier to break, and consequently easier to eliminate. Simethicone has only surface activity and does not enter into any chemical reaction. It is a pharmacologically and physiologically inert substance.

SimetiMAX is intended to be used as an auxiliary agent for preparing patients for diagnostic examinations of the abdomen (ultrasound, endoscopy, radiography and colonoscopy), to eliminate gastrointestinal gas and air, thus improving the quality of the images.

How to use:
SimetiMAX capsules are taken orally, before or after a meal, and swallowed with a sufficient amount of liquid (e.g. a glass of water). Avoid carbonated drinks while using the product.

Symptoms associated with intestinal pressure and tension:
- Adults: 1 capsule, 2-4 times a day, as needed. Do not use more than 4 capsules (960 mg of simethicone) per day.
Pregnant women: dosage and indications for use as recommended by the doctor or pharmacist.
People with diabetes: no dose change is necessary.
Children between 12-18 years: - 1 capsule, once a day, as needed.

Preparation for diagnostic examinations:
- Adults: 1 capsule in the evening, the day before the scheduled diagnostic examination, and 1 capsule in the morning, on an empty stomach, on the day of the diagnostic examination.
Pregnant women: dosage and indications for use recommended by the doctor or pharmacist.
People with diabetes: no dose change is necessary.
Children between 12-18 years: 1 capsule in the evening, the day before the scheduled diagnostic examination, and 1 capsule in the morning, on an empty stomach, on the day of the diagnostic examination.

Ingredients:
SimetiMAX is a medical device containing 240 mg of simethicone in a soft gelatin capsule. The coating contains pork gelatin and glycerol. The medical device does not contain sugar or dyes.

Precautions:
The medical device can be used in patients with diabetes and sugar digestion disorders.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor or pharmacist before using the product. Based on the mechanism of action of simethicone and the lack of absorption from the gastrointestinal tract, the medical device is not expected to have any harmful effect during pregnancy or lactation.
If you forget to use SimetiMAX: Do not use a double dose to make up for a missed dose. Only one missed dose can be taken at any time.
