Reparex against gray hair is a cosmetic product that restores hair to its original color. The restored hair color is identical to the original hair color and, unlike classic colors, it is done from the inside. The transition is gradual and it is very likely that no one will notice that you are using Reparex. Natural hair color returns within 7 to 14 days, but a noticeable difference is seen in many cases within the first 5 days after application. How does it work? Graying of hair is a natural aging process. As we age, hair turns gray due to the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide in the hair follicles, causing oxidative stress. It oxidizes melanin, which subsequently causes thickening. To prevent this process, we must remove the accumulated oxygen from the oxidized colorless melanin and at the same time prevent the oxidation in progress. Two core components of REPAREX will help us do this. REPAREX removes oxygen from oxidized colorless melanin, which causes hair bleaching, by means of the enzyme glucuronate reductase, which binds with silver nitrate. Due to this fact, the melanin is dyed to its original color. Reparex restores hair color from the inside.* However, we do not recommend using Reparex on dyed hair. The renewed color of the hair, beard or mustache after using the Reparex product is identical to the original color and, unlike classic colors, is achieved from the inside. The transition is gradual and it is very likely that no one will notice that you are using Reparex.
