Contains: Ashwagandha KSM-66 which is a plant from the category of adaptogens and Melatonin which contributes to: reducing the time needed to fall asleep (in conditions of consumption of 1 mg before going to bed); and alleviating sleep disorders.

Way of ussage:
Adults: in the evening, 1 film-coated tablet 30 minutes before sleep.

composition/film-coated tablet (740 mg): dry hydroethanolic extract of aerial parts of Scutellaria lateriflora L.*, with 10% baicalin 100 mg, dry extract of lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis) 100 mg, dry hydroalcoholic extract of passion flower flowers (Passiflora incarnata L.) with 3.5% flavonoids 100 mg, mix of beneficial bacteria cultures (Lactobacillus helveticus R0052 non-lactate and Bifidobacterium longum R0175) min. 6x109 CFU/g 50 mg, ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) 50 mg, dry hydroalcoholic extract of passion flower flowers (Passiflora incarnata L.*) containing 4% flavonoids 20 mg, melatonin 5 mg; bulking agents: lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized starch; hardening agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone; anti-caking agents: talc, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide; film coating (polyvinyl alcohol, calcium carbonate, talc, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glyceryl mono and dicaprylocaprylate, brilliant blue dye, black iron oxide). *DNA certification/ does not contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
