Description
Canine NF Renal Function is a complete veterinary diet food to help manage chronic kidney disease in dogs. Canine NF kidney function is low in phosphorus , as phosphorus has been shown to contribute to disease progression. It also contains high-quality protein in a limited amount to minimize the formation of toxins while maintaining muscle mass. Omega-3 fatty acids help reduce glomerular hypertension and reduce kidney inflammation. Canine NF Renal Function is not suitable for dogs that require a high intake of protein or phosphorus, such as pregnant bitches and growing puppies.

Dogs weighing more than 70 kg : for every 5 kg of extra body weight, increase the feeding dose by 30 g of pelleted food. The recommended duration of administration is initially up to 6 months in chronic renal failure, up to 6 months to reduce urinary stone formation, lifelong in irreversible disorders of uric acid metabolism and initially up to 1 year to reduce stone formation of cystine. Before administering or extending the administration period, it is recommended to ask for the opinion of a veterinarian. Water must always be available. The product is also available in canned form.
Composition
Maize, rice, dried eggs, dried whey, lard, sugar, flavoring meat extracts, dried beet pulp, minerals, soybean oil, fish oil, urine alkalinizer: calcium carbonate.
