Use:

• Place the baby on his back on a firm surface, such as a bed or changing table. Don't forget! Some babies may not like it or be afraid when they use it for the first time. Try to treat it like a game. Smile and speak to your child in a calm voice
• Keep your head tilted to the side and gently guide the edge of the Physiomer nozzle into one nostril. Don't forget! Seawater should always be at room temperature
• Turn the baby's head to the other side and repeat with the other nostril. Don't forget! Hold the child's head in such a way that it does not accidentally turn during the application itself and does not injure the nose.
• Insert the suction nozzle into the nostril and then gently suction the nasal mucus. Do the same procedure for the other nostril. Don't forget! When finished, wash the suction nozzle and spray with warm water and dry.

Dosage

Apply 1-2 sprays in each nostril 2-3 times a day.
