PharmaDot Melatonina Extra - is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules, which contains vitamin B6, melatonin and plant extracts.

Ingredients

Valerian root extract (Valeriana o cinalis) DER 4:1, lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa o cinalis L.) DER 4:1, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, chamomile flower extract (Matricaria chamomilla L.) DER 4:1, lavender flower extract (Lavandula angustifolia) DER 4:1, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Properties of ingredients

Melatonin – helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. A beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Vitamin B6 - supports the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 capsule daily, 30 minutes before bedtime.
