Due to the herbal formula, Persedon® Zi is better tolerated than synthetic drugs (benzodiazepines, barbiturates, antidepressants) because the existing clinical studies¹ have demonstrated the lack of establishment of tolerance with repeated administration.

Before using it

Do not administer Persedon® Day:

• if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to Valerian, Rhodiola, Rhodiola or any of the other ingredients of Persedon® Zi.
• adolescents and children under 14 years of age

1. Concomitant use with benzodiazepines, or barbiturates, or other products containing Valerian may alter the effectiveness of Persedon® Zi.
2. For sensitive people, using Persedon® Zi for more than two weeks may cause headache, gastrointestinal disturbances and restlessness.
3. Pregnancy and breast-feeding
4. Due to insufficient data on the safety of using Persedon® Zi during pregnancy and breastfeeding, please consult your doctor before taking this dietary supplement.
5. Driving and using machinery
6. In the recommended dose, Persedon® Zi has no influence on the ability to drive vehicles or use machines.
7. Use together with ethyl alcohol

It is not recommended to take Persedon® Zi together with ethyl alcohol/other derivatives, as this combination can increase the sedative effect.

Mode of administration

• Persedon® Zi can be administered starting from the age of 14:
• 1-2 tablets per day, between meals, with a glass of water.

Presentation: box with 15 tablets of 500 mg.

• Store at room temperature, in a dry place and away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of the reach and sight of small children.
• To be consumed preferably before the end of the month and year of expiry written on the packaging.

180 mg of dry 8:10 hydroalcoholic extract of Valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide) with 0.8% valerenic acid; 100 mg of dry 4:1 hydroalcoholic extract of Rhodiola roots (Rhodiola rosea, maltodextrin) with 3% rosavin; 100 mg dry hydroalcoholic extract from the aerial parts of Roiniță (Melissa officinalis, maltodextrin) with 2% rosmarinic acid; 80 mg microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), 30 mg dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate (separating agent), 5 mg silicon dioxide and 5 mg vegetable magnesium stearate (antioxidants).
