How to use:

Shake before use. Take after meals, 2 teaspoons (10 ml) once a day.

The tincture can be added to water or chilled tea.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Remember that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important and recommended.

Do not use for people allergic to any of the ingredients of the preparation.

Do not use in case of: conditions related to hypertension, hypercortisolemia, during treatment with steroids and MAO inhibitors, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not give to children. When taking ginseng preparations, you should limit your consumption of coffee and tea.

The product should not be consumed if you are taking sedative, hypnotic or antiepileptic drugs. People with blood clotting disorders or taking preparations that reduce platelet aggregation (eg, acetylsalicylic acid) should be especially careful when taking ginkgo preparations. In addition, ginkgo improves the effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, paracetamol and diuretics.
