Description
Otizea is a dietary supplement in the form of soft capsules containing fish oil containing 18% EPA - eicosapentaenoic acid and 12% DHA - docosahexaenoic acid. The composition of the product was additionally supplemented with lutein and zeaxanthin. The preparation was developed to supplement the daily diet of adults with these valuable active ingredients.
Otisea puwer - properties of the ingredients
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) are types of long-chain omega-3 fatty acids. These are ingredients found naturally in fatty marine fish such as salmon, mackerel, tuna, sardines and herring.
- and zeaxanthin are naturally occurring carotenoids, i.e. plant pigments that give color to fruits and vegetables. They are mainly found in green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale and broccoli, as well as yellow and orange vegetables such as corn, peppers and squash. Lutein and zeaxanthin are also present in egg yolk and some fruits such as kiwi and grapes.
A pack of 30 capsules provides one month of supplementation for an adult as recommended.
