Description

St. John's wort extract has an anti-inflammatory, disinfectant and astringent effect. These characteristic properties of corysalis have long been used to soothe the eyes, in the prevention and supportive treatment of non-infectious inflammations of the conjunctiva and eyelashes. OCUflash blue is used as an irrigation solution to remove foreign substances from the eye and for unpleasant sensations in the eye such as burning, cutting, itching and feeling of a foreign body in the eye.

It can be used by adults, teenagers and children. Due to the safety of the preparation, it can also be administered to newborns, infants, pregnant women and nursing mothers

Purpose : for eye drops, eye washes or compresses. Also suitable for contact lens wearers or people with sensitive eyes.

Practical use:

for washing the eyes after tonometry and gonioscopy
to remove foreign bodies, dust and chlorinated water
to wash off the rest of the fluorescein solutions
to wash away mucous and purulent secretions
for washing the eyes after wearing contact lenses
as first aid after minor burns of the conjunctiva and eyes with acids or bases (lime, mortar)
as a supportive agent mainly for non-infectious conjunctivitis, chronic conjunctivitis
when removing cosmetic products around the eyes (eyelids, eyelashes)

Composition : sodium chloride 7 mg in 1 ml, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, oleander extract, polysorbate 80, borax, disodium edetate dihydrate, sodium hydroxide, water for injections.

Warning before application: Before the first application, it is recommended to test the first drop outside the eye by gently pressing the bottle, because with a strong and uneven squeeze, the solution may spray in a larger volume. For the next drop, the air must be sucked back into the plastic bottle to return to the original state and then continue applying to the eye in the recommended manner.

General warning : Do not use OCUflash blue if you are allergic to any of the components of this preparation. If you are currently using other eye preparations, it is generally recommended to leave at least 5 minutes between the application of individual preparations. Store the vial in the original packaging at a temperature up to 25 °C. Protect from cold and frost. Keep the preparation out of the sight and reach of children.
