Now Foods Sunflower Lecithin is a food supplement in the form of soft capsules that are convenient to use. The formula contains sunflower lecithin, which is a natural source of phosphatidylcholine. One capsule of the preparation contains 1200 mg of lecithin from non-genetically modified sunflower seeds for use as a daily supplement in the diet of adults.

Lecithin is an organic compound classified as phospholipids, naturally present in every cell of the human body, especially as a component of cell membranes. It is present in high concentrations in important human tissues, including: the brain and nervous tissue.

Sunflower lecithin is a mixture of various compounds and chemicals, mainly fatty in nature. The lecithin contained in the preparation of the American brand Now ^® comes from specially selected and unmodified (non-GMO) sunflower plantations, which are not contaminated with soy derivatives.

The recommended daily dose of Now Foods Sunflower Lecithin 1200 mg is 2 capsules, which contain a total of 2400 mg of sunflower lecithin. A pack of 100 capsules will provide 50 days of supplementation.
