Preparation: Add the cereal mixture to warm milk (or vegetable drink) or warm water until the desired consistency is reached. No boiling required. Stir, wait according to the time mentioned on the package. For serving, maple syrup, agave, corn or honey can be added, to taste. Fresh or dried fruit, nuts or seeds can be added. The cereal mixture can be used to thicken sauces or soups or as a binder for meat, fruit or vegetable mixtures.
