Ingredients: Curcuma longa (turmeric root), Piper nigrum (black pepper fruit), Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice root), Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi stem), Pterocarpus marsupium (Indian kino leaf), Cymbopogon citratus lemon-leaf ), Emblica officinalis (tannic) leaf-flower-fruit), Terminalia bellirica (Bibhitaka-fruit), Terminalia chebula (fruit-almond), Ocimum sanctum (holy basil-plant).

How to use: It is recommended to consume up to 4 grams of the product per day.

A teaspoon (measure) of dried herb, i.e.: 2 g, pour about 200 ml of boiling water and boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Drink warm tea twice a day, preferably before eating. If necessary, you can sweeten it with honey.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used by pregnant women, nursing women and children without medical consultation. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. We recommend a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
