The beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before bedtime.

Lemon balm leaf extract supports falling asleep and healthy sleep.

Ingredients: bulking agent (sorbitol), lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa Officinalis L.), ltryptophan, binder (polyvinylpyrrolidone), acidity regulator (citric acid), mint flavor, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, dioxide of silicon), sweetener substance (sucralose), melatonin.

Recommended dose:
