Oral gel for dry mouth, 40 ml, bioXtra
Properties:
- the unique formula, which contains intensive emollients, acts as an effective substitute for natural saliva by regulating the microenvironment in the oral cavity;
- helps to maintain the health of teeth and gums;
- it also exhibits antibacterial, antiviral and antiparasitic action and plays a key role in modulating the immunological inflammatory response;
- contains 0.0028 g of dextrose per gram of gel.
Way of ussage:
Wash your hands well before use. Apply a sufficient amount of gel, with your finger or an applicator stick, on the gums and tongue or under the denture, wherever you feel the sensation of dryness in the mouth, especially at night. Remove or spit out the excess. Repeat as necessary. Close the lid after use.
Active ingredients:
Lactoperoxidase (the most important enzyme in saliva with a role in preventing tooth loss, gum damage and bad breath).
Glucose oxidase (the enzyme that increases the level of hydrogen peroxide, which determines a better functioning of Lactoperoxidase).
Lysozyme (antimicrobial enzyme present in almost all organs and secretions of the body. In the mouth, it is generally accepted that it has a significant importance in preventing tooth decay and Candida).
Lactoferrin (the protein with a role in binding iron, is found in milk, saliva, tears and other human and animal secretions. It plays a very important role in the defense system throughout the body). In the oral cavity, lactoferrin is the most important antimicrobial agent and supports the development of the natural flora by inhibiting unwanted bacteria, thus contributing to the prevention of infections. It has antibacterial, antiviral and antiparasitic action and plays a key role in modulating the immunological inflammatory response.
Whey colostrum (immunoglobulins, important proteins produced by the body's immunological system with a role in the body's natural defense and growth mechanism against infections).
