Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag. The beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before going to the spa or 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to the spa on the first day of the trip and in the following days after arriving at the destination.

Recommended dosage:
