Mega Omega 3 has a unique content of 70% Omega-3 fatty acids for the protection of the nervous system and the cardiovascular system. Available as softgel capsules, it contains 70% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) fatty acids, as well as added vitamin E.
Omega-3 fatty acids are the so-called 'essential fats', which means that our body is not able to produce them, which is why we must ensure the necessary intake of Omega-3 fatty acids from external sources.
Active ingredients per 2 capsules:
1000 mg fish oil:
- of which EPA: 400 mg;
- of which DHA: 300 mg.
2 mg vitamin E.

Fish oil 70% (40% EPA, 30% DHA), capsule [gelatin, humectant (glycerol), purified water], DL-alpha-tocopherol.
Administration method:
Take 2 capsules daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
