Properties:
- contains magnesium bisglycinate (stable complex formed between a chelated magnesium molecule and 2 glycine molecules) 315 mg per capsule, which offers good tolerance at the digestive level;
- it is resistant to gastric acidity and is easily absorbed in the intestinal wall;
- has a mild action (non-irritating) on the intestinal level, does not produce a feeling of bloating or acceleration of intestinal transit;
- the product can contribute to maintaining the health of the muscular system and improving exercise tolerance;
