How to use
Take half (½) tablet daily with water during meals.

Warnings
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) supplements cause a yellow-green color to urine, but this does not have any pathological significance. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Store in a cool, dry place (<25°C).
The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging when stored correctly.
