Use
Apply shampoo and conditioner to your hair as usual. Then apply 2 pumps of the product to clean, damp hair. Add another dose as needed, depending on hair length, texture and degree of damage. Brush your hair. Do not rinse.
For best results, wait 10 minutes before using other products or styling and drying.
The product does not require heat, but you will see the best results when you activate it with heat.
