Properties:
Lecithin is recommended for both adults, seniors and teenagers, especially during periods of intellectual overwork or intense study. It improves cognitive function, being essential for the normal and healthy development of the brain, improving attention, concentration, memory. Lecithin also contributes to:
- cholesterol reduction,
– improving digestion
- supporting immunity
- maintaining the good functioning of the cardiovascular system
- protecting liver function. Soy lecithin is a natural source of phospholipids, necessary for all cells in the body, as it contributes to building their membrane and prevents oxidation. Lecithin is naturally secreted by the liver and bile to metabolize fats. When its quantity is insufficient for the body's needs, it is taken either from food or from food supplements. Lecithin plays an essential role in the synthesis of vitamins (especially A, D, E and K) and minerals and is vital for the development and health of the nervous system.

Administration method:
Children over 12 years and adults: 1-2 capsules per day (during meals, with a sufficient amount of liquid), in 2-month courses (with a break of 20-30 days). Administration during periods of stress, exams, intense mental demand.

Lecithin from Soya seeds (Glycine max)-1200 mg; capsule: gelatin, glycerin, purified water.
