Mode of use in aromatherapy:

- inhalations are very suitable for treating respiratory problems, colds, flu and for preparing the skin for a cosmetic treatment. For this, pour 1 l of boiling water into a bowl and add 3-4 drops of oil. The released vapors are inhaled while leaning over the bowl, with the head covered with a large towel.
- massage is one of the most popular methods of using essential oils. For a massage session, add 4-6 drops of essential oil to approximately 10 ml of massage oil.
- the bath is a very pleasant and at the same time efficient way to use the oils due to the relaxation induced by hot water and the fact that the pores dilate, allowing the oil to penetrate through the skin.

The oils are added before starting the bath and not earlier, because due to the heat they evaporate very easily. Thus, for a bath, put 4-6 drops of essential oil (or 4-6 drops of the mixture) in 2-3 tablespoons of non-fat milk or 2 tablespoons of base oil, then pour into the tub and mix well. The bath will last 10-20 minutes.
- a hot compress is an effective way to treat many skin problems, such as injections, or rheumatic muscle pains. The amount of oil depends on the surface of the skin on which you apply the compression: 2 drops for small areas, 6-8 drops for large areas.
- the scented candle (lamp) is used to aromatize the room, to generate a positive, tonic state of mind, or the opposite of relaxation, or simply to create a special atmosphere. For this, put warm water in the candle's saucer, add 3-5 drops of oil and light the candle.
