Characteristics of tea

A traditional herbal remedy used for diarrhea. It acts against bloating and flatulence, relieves tension in the abdomen. The drug can be used by adults and adolescents from the age of 12.

Preparation and dosage

Pour 1 infusion bag with a cup (1/4 l) of boiling water and after 15 minutes of infusing in a covered container, take it out, the tea must not be boiled. The tea is drunk warm, unsweetened, after the meal. It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use. Dosage: Adults and adolescents from 12 years: 3 times a day. Use Tormentan no more than 2-3 days without the doctor's approval. If symptoms do not improve or worsen during this time, see a doctor.

Contraindications

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the medicine or to menthol. The mixture contains sage leaves and licorice root, which should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Warning

If fever, blood in the stool or vomiting occurs while taking the medicine, see a doctor immediately. If you suffer from gastro-oesophageal reflux (the return of stomach contents back into the oesophagus, manifested by heartburn) your symptoms may increase and therefore this medicine is not recommended. For gallstones or other diseases of the biliary tract, consult a doctor about the use of tea. Hypersensitivity reactions to chamomile itself (eg, contact dermatitis) are very rare. However, very rarely, cases of anaphylactic shock and asthma have been reported. Cross-reactions can also occur in people with allergies to plants in the Asteraceae family (eg Artemisia - wormwood). If symptoms persist while using this traditional herbal medicine, or if side effects or other unusual reactions occur, consult a doctor. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the pack after 'EXP'. Return unused medication to the pharmacy.
