The oil is obtained from Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba), a small species of crustacean in the Southern Ocean that is found there in large shoals, just like shrimp.
The high-quality omega-3 fatty acids contained in krill oil are mostly bound to phospholipids, which makes them particularly easy for the human body to use. Krill oil owes its natural red color to astaxanthin, which belongs to the carotenoid group.
Each capsule contains 500 mg of pure krill oil, including 125 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (85 mg of EPA and 40 mg of DHA). EPA and DHA have been shown to contribute to the healthy and normal functioning of the heart with a daily intake of just 250 mg.
In addition, the choline contained in krill oil contributes to the maintenance of proper homocysteine and lipid metabolism and the maintenance of proper liver function.

Ingredients: Lipid extract from Antarctic krill Euphausia superba (krill oil 53%), capsule shell: beef gelatin, soybean oil, humectant: glycerol.
Daily portion: 2 - 4 capsules per day, during the meal, with water.
Precautions: Pregnant and lactating women take up to 450 mg of EPA and DHA acids daily. Do not use if allergic to crustaceans. Krill oil has a blood-thinning effect. People taking anticoagulants should consult a doctor before taking the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for maintaining health. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Food supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children.
Storage conditions: protected from light, kept at a temperature below 25°C, in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of small children.
