Composition:
The roots of the plant Arctium lappa L.-bursture.
Active principles:
Inulin, polyinic compounds, volatile oil, organic acids, sterols, B vitamins, potassium salts.
Therapeutic action:
It has a depurative, choleretic-cholagogic, diuretic, antidiabetic, sudorific and antimicrobial, antiacne action.
Recommendations:
Internal: diabetes, some liver diseases, kidney diseases, skin diseases, gout, rheumatism, furunculosis. External: eczema, acne, furunculosis, dermatitis, herpes, cicatrizing, to treat damaged hair.
Administration method:
Internally: infusion of one teaspoon of the product in 250ml of boiling water, leave covered for 10-15 minutes and then strain. Drink 2-3 cups a day.
External: for local baths, compresses or hair treatments. Prepare a concentrated decoction of 2-3 tablespoons of the plant per 500 ml of water. Boil for 10 minutes, leave covered for 10-15 minutes, then filter.
