Lutein and Zeaxanthin - What is it?
Lutein and zeaxanthin are yellow-orange pigments from the group of carotenoids. They are found naturally in plants and thanks to edible plants, especially vegetables, they can be supplied to the body with a well-balanced diet. In the human body, carotenoids are mainly concentrated in the retina.
The recommended daily dose is 1 vegetable capsule, and a 60-pack of Kenay® Lutein & Zeaxanthin OptiLut® formula will provide two months of supplementation.
