The capsule contains 500 mg of biologically active black cumin oil from the best quality black cumin seeds. The contents of the capsules come from the first cold pressing. This preserves all the natural ingredients.

The fatty acids they contain are mainly linoleic acid (approx. 60% (Omega 6), oleic acid (Omega 9) and palmitic acid. The eicosadienoic acid contained in it is particularly valuable. Cereals (Nigella Sativa), i.e. black cumin , also contain valuable phospholipids and phytosterols . There are also many amino acids, vitamins and minerals: A, E, F, B1, B6, B3, biotin, magnesium, calcium, iron, sodium, potassium , selenium, zinc.
