Properties:

Way of ussage:
INTERNAL USE:
Children 7-14 years: 1-2 drops 3 times a day.
Adults: 2-3 drops 3 times a day.
The recommended amount of oil is mixed with a teaspoon of honey or syrup.
It is used for 7-14 days or as needed. It can be repeated after a break of 2 weeks.
EXTERNAL USE, ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 6 YEARS:
Inhalations:
For respiratory health: put 2-3 drops of essential oil in a bowl of hot water, inhale for 5-10 minutes while leaning over the bowl with your head covered with a towel;
For air purification: diffuse into the room using a diffuser or sprayer 1-2 drops of cinnamon essential oil together with 2 drops each of Eucalyptus-R19 essential oil, Pine-R21 essential oil or Rosemary-A11 essential oil or a ready-made combination of oils (Hapciu inhalant-R7);
Massage:
In case of states of general fatigue and muscle discomfort: mix one drop of cinnamon essential oil together with 2-3 drops of frankincense or pine essential oil with 10 ml of fatty oil (olive, grape seed, etc.) and massage 5 -7 minutes. After the massage, the oil should not be removed by washing for 6-8 hours.

Ingredients:
Cinnamon essential oil (Cinnamomi aetheroleum), obtained by steam distillation from the bark of the species Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume.
Biochemical profile: cinnamic aldehyde.

Precautions:
Do not use undiluted.
For internal use, it is not recommended in case of gastro-duodenal ulcer, gastritis, pregnant women and nursing mothers, children under 7 years of age and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
In external use, it can be used in children over 6 years old.
In pregnancy and breastfeeding, it will be used only when needed, in the form of inhalations in combination with other essential oils and not more than 3 days.
Avoid overdose, abuse and contact with eyes.
