Mode of use

Recommended doses: Adults and children starting with the age of 6 years, 1 capsule per day with food. Children from 3-5 years under parental supervision: pour the contents of 1 capsule 1x a day into food, yogurt, etc. and stir to dissolve the powder. Do not add to hot food or drink. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. To ensure maximum effectiveness, refrigerate after opening.

Warning: Discontinue use and consult a physician if digestive problems occur, worsen, or persist for more than three days. Consult a doctor before taking the supplement if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain. Do not use in a state of compromised immunity (due to AIDS, lymphoma, long-term treatment with corticosteroids). Keep at a temperature of 15-25 °C, out of the reach of small children. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Minimum validity period until the date indicated on the packaging.
