Dosage
Adults : 1 capsule twice a day with food.
Composition
Each capsule contains:
- Lecithin (Glycine max, soybeans) 1,200 mg
- Provides 11% phosphatidylcholine
- Also contains: gelatin (gelling agent), glycerol (coating agent)
Warning: Store at a temperature of 15˚C-25˚C, out of the reach of small children. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for health.
