Ingredients: Chicory root fiber (Cichorium intybus).

Daily serving: 4 and ½ tablespoons (13.5 g). Dissolve 1 and ½ spoons (4.5 g) of powder in 200 ml of hot or cold water, drink or add directly to food. Consume three times a day.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The beneficial effect occurs at a daily intake of 12 grams of chicory inulin.
