Immortelle water is obtained from the yellow immortelle (Italian helichrysum), which is native to the Mediterranean basin. It grows uncultivated, on arid, sunny soils, but also cultivated as an ornamental plant in gardens. It has silvery leaves and yellow flowers that persist even after drying, hence its name of immortela (immortal).
Immortal water is recognized for its anti-inflammatory, anti-hematoma, decongestant, blood and lymphatic circulation stimulation properties.

By distilling the aerial parts of the plant.
