Holistic Björkaska is a dietary supplement containing birch ash. The ash comes from selected birch trees that grow in the mineral-rich soil of northern Finland.

Preparation of the infusion : mix 2 tablespoons of birch ash with 1 liter of water in a stainless steel pot. Cook for 15 minutes covered. Then wait until it cools and pour the broth at room temperature through a coffee filter.

How to use for adults : dissolve 1-2 tablespoons of the decoction in a glass of water 1-2 times a day, start using 1 cup of the dissolved decoction a day and increase the dose gradually. If necessary, you can increase the dose to 3 glasses of dissolved decoction per day. To be consumed at least half an hour before or 2 hours after the meal. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Careful! Do not drink undiluted decoction! Due to the high pH (pH = 12), the undiluted decoction is a corrosive substance. When using it, be careful not to get it in your eyes, skin or clothing. If the decoction gets into your eyes, rinse your eyes with water and seek medical advice.
