The ThermoGel reusable hot and cold therapy compress activates the natural healing power of heat and cold to be used in a simple, convenient way. Thanks to the cover with soft-touch material, this reusable compress for hot and cold therapy can be applied directly to the affected area. The reduced dimensions, of 10x10cm, allow the application of the compress also in the less accessible areas of the body. ThermoGel is a reusable compress and can be a valid substitute for a bag with hot water and/or ice.

Cold therapy:
For small bruises and minor wounds (muscle strains, sprains, dislocations), burns, headaches or toothaches, minor bleeding, localized skin inflammations. Also ideal for feverish conditions in babies and children, to be placed on the forehead or back of the neck. It is also suitable for insect bites. The new gel formula that does not freeze: even if it is stored in the freezer, Thermo-Gel remains soft and malleable.

Heat therapy:
Recommended for post-trauma symptoms and chronic lumbago injuries, sciatica, muscle pain, contractions and cramps, wrist stiffness and rheumatic myalgia.
Instructions for using the Thermogel reusable compress for hot and cold therapy:

For cold therapy, put THERMOGEL in the freezer for at least two hours. For heat therapy, immerse for ten minutes in hot water (max 60 °C) or put in the microwave completely immersed in a bowl of water for 6 minutes (max 300 watts).
Precautions before use:

Read the instructions carefully before use. Individual applications on the affected area should not exceed 20 minutes. Wait at least 60 minutes before the next application. Do not damage the cover and prevent gel leaks: if the product breaks, throw it away with household waste. Do not swallow the contents. Do not use the product after the expiration date (see the manufacturing date on the product and/or box). Keep the box and instructions for future reference. Keep out of reach of children.
