GLORIA MED compression stockings are superior quality stockings that ensure a physiological pressure that favors good blood circulation, this being possible due to the gradual compression, which according to the doctors' indication, is stronger at the ankle and decreases towards the calf, then towards the thigh .
Mode of use:
● Stockings/sleeves are put on in the morning before getting out of bed, on dry feet/hands (possibly given with talcum powder), taking care not to catch them with nails or other sharp things (jewelry) to avoid this rubber gloves can be used.
● They are put on gradually by pulling them gently with both hands, taking care to stretch the material well so that they sit on the shape of the heel. For the sleeve, gradual movements are used, pulling the device from close to close without rolling it.
● We continue dressing them towards the calf/elbow and then towards the thigh/shoulder (depending on the chosen model) stretching the fabric evenly.
● For tights, we continue with the same movements until we pass the thighs.
● For the open toe model, you have a sock made of special material in the package that will help you put on the stockings, after finishing the dressing, it is removed at the top of the foot.
● Their undressing is done gradually, following the same gentle movements, but in the opposite direction, at the ankle we roll over the heels and take them off the foot, possibly using rubber gloves to protect them.
Composition:
polyamide 52℅, elastane 26℅, cotton 22℅
Precautions/Contraindications:
skin infections, dermatitis, acute dermatitis, severe arterial circulation disorders, wearing during sleep. Stockings will not improve the problems, if they are not worn correctly!
