Description
Pu-erh is a special type of black tea. Real tea has beneficial antioxidant properties, contains fluorine and tannins. Lemongrass adds a pleasant aroma.
Preparation and dosage
Pour 1/4 l of boiling water over 1 bag and let it infuse for 2-5 minutes. It is served unsweetened, or with honey or another natural sweetener.
Storage
In a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature of up to 25 °C.
