FORTÉ Zen MORAL Day and Night is based on chronobiology and stress mechanisms to help strengthen morale. It is designed for people who experience a temporary decline in morale, a lack of motivation or energy. Its formula contains saffron and vitamins B3 and B6, which help maintain a positive mood and emotional and mental balance respectively. It contains 2 amino acids which are precursors of dopamine and serotonin, often called "happiness molecules". The Day tablet contains L-tyrosine, a precursor of dopamine, which is secreted in the morning. It is complemented by rhodiola, an adaptogenic plant, and vitamin B6, which helps reduce tiredness. The Night tablet contains L-tryptophan, a precursor of serotonin, which is secreted at the end of the day. It is associated with saffron, which helps maintain emotional balance and a positive mood. Vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
