Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules per day as needed. The capsule is swallowed with a glass of water. For problems swallowing capsules, it is possible to open the capsule and take the powder dissolved in water or other liquid (do not boil).
Warning: Not suitable for children under 3 years. It is not intended for pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of sight and reach of children under 3 years old. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store at a temperature of up to 25 °C, in the original packaging to protect from light and moisture. Use by the end of the month indicated on the package.
